I am not a shameless self-promoter. In fact, just the opposite. Each time I ask anyone for anything regarding our band, I feel like I am putting them out. Or that I am taking advantage of our friendship. I think this lack of "Hey, look how awesome we are!" has hurt the band over the years but I'm just not able to do it. I secretly fear that our music, or rather, the music I write and that my bandmates then make dramatically better, is really just piffle. However, for some ridiculous unbeknownst-to-me reason, I keep at it. It is a constant struggle between the love of song-writing and the gravitational pull of ennui and frustration. We do have a new Kickstarter campaign. Feel free to ignore it. The reason I wrote this is because I don't think I'll be writing about the Kickstarter campaign again. Each time I do so, I feel like I'm yet again exploiting friendships and the regard of fans. So here's the last request. Sorry to have bothered you. -- Mike TV
